Gymbound Terms of service
Version 1.0 | Effective from 1st January 2026
Welcome to Gymbound.
These Terms & Conditions outline what you can expect from us and what we ask in return to keep our space safe, supportive, and empowering for everyone.
By joining Gymbound, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Types & Access
We offer flexible options including:
– Gym-only memberships
– Class memberships (yoga, pilates, functional fitness)
– All-access options (including therapy and InBody services when launched)
Your access is based on the membership tier you select. Details are outlined in your welcome email or via our member portal.
2. Payment Terms
– All memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit or card payment.
– If payment fails, access may be paused until resolved.
– You may freeze your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year just email vibes@gymbound.co.uk with 7 days’ notice.
– You can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Were real humans if your circumstances change (injury, financial strain, etc.), reach out. Well work with you.
3. Use of Facilities
– Members must complete an induction or waiver before using equipment.
– You agree to follow staff instructions, signage, and any safety protocols.
– Equipment must be used for its intended purpose only.
– Clean down equipment after use its part of our culture of care.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree to uphold our Code of Conduct, which includes:

– Respect for others’ boundaries, identities, and bodies
– No bullying, harassment, or discrimination
– Consent-based interaction (touch, spotting, photos)
– Professional conduct in person and online
5. Health & Safety
You confirm that:
– You are fit to exercise or have clearance from a medical professional
– You will disclose any relevant injuries, health conditions, or access needs
– You use the facility at your own risk, and agree to follow all safety guidance
Report any incident or injury to a member of staff immediately.
6. Medical Disclaimer (InBody & Therapy Services)
When available, you may access:
– InBody composition assessments
– Therapy or counselling sessions
– Physiotherapy or wellness services
These are non-diagnostic and do not replace medical advice. You agree to:
– Provide informed consent
– Understand results are for guidance only
– Seek external medical input if needed
7. Data Privacy (GDPR)
We collect your data to:
– Manage your membership and bookings
– Deliver health and fitness services
– Communicate with you about updates (you can opt out)

8. Suspension & Termination
Your membership may be paused or cancelled if:
– You breach our Code of Conduct
Gymbound Client Terms & Conditions
– Payments fail repeatedly
– Your behaviour puts others at risk
You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
– Personal belongings lost, damaged or stolen
– Injuries caused by incorrect equipment use
– Services delivered by independent therapists or clinicians
This does not affect your statutory rights.
